Owner & Clinical Director

Hi! I'm so glad you're here. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that specializes in anxiety, trauma, and women’s issues, specifically attachment and relationship issues.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Neuropsychology from The University of Texas at Tyler in Tyler, Texas. I have specialized training in LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, trauma therapy, and Chicanx/Latinx affirming therapy. I am also an EMDR-trained clinician.

I primarily work with individuals that identify themselves as anxious, high-achieving, and perfectionists. They are typically the eldest child, only child, only female child, or the child of an alcoholic. They’ve read all the self-help books, listened to all the self-help podcasts and still aren’t sure where to start.

My areas of specialty include:

  • Anxiety
  • Attachment trauma
  • Codependency
  • Childhood trauma
  • Love addiction
  • Perfectionism
  • Sexual trauma
  • Strained relationships with family
  • Toxic relationships

Interpersonally, I am a health enthusiast, a dog- and cat-lover and a frequent beach-day initiator. I love running, reading, yoga, playing in the ocean, and spending quality time with my pets. I believe in the importance of a balanced life and maintain equilibrium by eating Blue Bell Ice Cream and binge-watching my favorite Netflix shows.

Counselor Associate

Hello! I am Yamilet Molina and am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate. I am passionate about the health and well-being of others and use solution-focused, existential and holistic therapeutic approaches to help individuals find physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual wellness to enhance their life.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Stephen F Austin State University and a master’s degree in counseling with an emphasis in addiction counseling from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi. I have worked with individual clients and groups in inpatient, outpatient and community settings. I also became an ACE-certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor to help individuals enhance their mind and body wellness.

I enjoy working with individuals who are ready to take on the task of creating the life they want. I work primarily with adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, isolation, substance use, stress and body image issues. My goal is to help you uncover your full potential by empowering you to make decisions that will create a purposeful and meaningful life.

In my spare time, I enjoy running, walking my dog, finding new coffee shops, and rewatching shows that I have seen way too many times (mostly Friends and Grey’s Anatomy).

Counselor Associate

Hello! I am so happy you are here. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a Master of Education in Counseling from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. I focus on perinatal, postnatal and parenthood issues.

I have a passion for helping birthing people who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, relationship issues, generational trauma and with the new role and life transition that a pregnancy and/or birth can bring. I personally battled with my own mental health struggles after the birth of my son. I believe it is so important to support one another and build our village wherever we can. We do not have to go through parenthood alone.

Interpersonally, I enjoy spending time outdoors, drinking iced coffee and spending time with my husband and son. Although I am a homebody, we do love a good farmer’s market and scoping out the next small business we can support!
